  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
  • Company Certificate of Incorporation;
  • Valid NAPSA Compliance Certificate; and
  • Valid Workers’ Compensation Fund Board Compliance Certificate.

Additional information, depending on the type of procurement:

  • CEEC Registration Certificate;
  • Current Practising License (for specialized jobs/consultancy);
  • VAT Registration Certificate;
  • National Council for Construction (NCC) Certificate (for construction jobs)
  • Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) Certificate (for construction jobs);
